Client-provided designs and specifications remain the property of the client; however, Starwood may use project images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starwood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
