Capabilities

Production Units

Timber Processing Unit

Raw timber selection, sawmilling, and kiln drying. We process only FSC-certified plantation teak and mahogany with moisture content controlled to 8–12% for optimal stability.

CNC & Machining Unit

Precision CNC routers, mortise and tenon machines, and automated panel saws ensure millimeter-accurate components, reducing waste and ensuring consistent quality across large production runs.

Joinery & Assembly Unit

Our master carpenters use traditional Jepara joinery techniques — mortise-and-tenon, dovetail, and finger joints — combined with modern adhesives for structures built to last generations.

Upholstery & Weaving Unit

In-house cushion making, hand-weaving (natural rattan, synthetic wicker), and fabric cutting. We stock 30+ outdoor-grade fabrics from Sunbrella and local mills.

Finishing & Coating Unit

Multiple finishing lines: hand-applied teak oil, water-based lacquer, marine-grade varnish, and powder-coated metal finishes. Spray booths with ventilation meet environmental standards.

Quality Control Unit

Every piece passes a 12-point inspection: structural integrity, finish uniformity, hardware function, moisture testing, dimensional accuracy, and packaging durability before shipment.
